Don’t get hyped? The WWE is an interesting place. You never know when you’re going to see someone move up or down the card and that can make life interesting both for the wrestlers and the fans at the same time. With that taking place, some wrestlers are more well received than others. As it turns out, we now know what might be happening with someone’s push.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Mojo Rawley’s segment this week on Monday Night Raw isn’t likely to lead anywhere and is more than likely his “annual three week push”. Rawley was seen on the show glaring into a mirror and talking to himself about how he’s going to get hyped and take what’s coming to him. Around this time last year, Rawley received a United States Title shot at the Royal Rumble in a short term push.
Well of course this is what you get to watch. Check out Rawley’s rather intense promo:
Opinion: I can’t say I’m surprised here. There are angles that come and go almost all the time and having Rawley be the latest to not matter all that much wouldn’t be shocking. Rawley really has had one missed opportunity after another and that’s not all his fault. If WWE isn’t going to let him keep doing things, it’s not exactly easy for him, or anyone for that matter, to build up momentum.
What do you think of Rawley? What do you expect from this push? Let us know in the comments below.
