Update on Bray Wyatt, What Was Found in the Lake?

Senor Benjamin comes through again. Earlier this week, Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt met in the Ultimate Deletion. The match, held at Hardy’s compound, saw Wyatt defeated before he disappeared in the Lake of Reincarnation. It wasn’t clear what this meant, but now we may have a better idea.

It didn’t go well for Wyatt.

According to the “Wrestling Observer Newsletter” by way of Wrestlinginc.com, it’s possible that Wyatt will be repackaged following his loss. There is no word on what that will be, but he may continue to be affiliated with Hardy. In a new video posted to Hardy’s personal YouTube channel, Senor Benjamin found Wyatt’s lantern after the Ultimate Deletion and presented it to Hardy.

Opinion: As much as I love Wyatt, this might be the best thing possible for him. It’s clear that he’s run out of steam for the character (which can be blamed on a variety of things) so maybe this can help him. If nothing else, I’d love to see what he can do as a face. Wyatt started in that direction once but an injury cut it off.
