The card is getting bigger. Since so much of the “Smackdown Live” roster is tied up with the Elimination Chamber match, the pay per view card needs something to fill in a lot of the card. That’s the case with one of the two matches announced this week on “Talking Smack”, along with a regular match to help fill in some of the time as well.

This week’s “Talking Smack” featured the announcement of two title matches for the “Elimination Chamber 2017” pay per view. First up we have the Smackdown Tag Team Titles which will be defended in a tag team turmoil match as champions American Alpha face off against Ascension, the Usos, Breezango, Heath Slater/Rhyno and the Vaudevillains.

In the more traditional match, Smackdown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss is defending her title against Naomi. This match was set up over the last few days as Naomi has pinned Bliss twice in tag matches. Bliss needs a new challenger as she recently won her feud against Becky Lynch.

I kind of like the idea of a tag team turmoil match a bit better than having a Tag Team Title match inside the Elimination Chamber. It’s a good way to eat up some time and give us something a little different. Bliss vs. Naomi should be fun though I’m not sure if it’s going to be anything special. At least there’s a chance of a new champion which is always fun.
