Top Impact Wrestling Star’s Contract Expiring Soon

Someone would be interested. There are a lot of wrestling promotions in the world today and thanks to the rise of AEW, several of the wrestlers in those promotions are becoming top targets for the major wrestling companies. That has led to a lot of talent jumping from one company to another, which has been rather entertaining in a lot of ways. Another big name might be joining the list of free agents soon.

While it might not get the same amount of recognition that AEW and WWE receives, Impact Wrestling has carved out a nice niche for itself and has the television history to prove it. Impact Wrestling has been around for the better part of twenty years and is currently working with AEW as a bit of a side project. They have their own collection of talent as well, but one of them might not be around forever.

According to Fightful Select, Impact Wrestling star Moose is set to become a free agent at some point this summer. Moose is currently the self proclaimed TNA World Champion, though the title is not recognized by Impact Wrestling, and has a future Impact Wrestling World Title shot. There is no word on where he plans to go and re-signing with Impact Wrestling is a possibility.

Opinion: This is the kind of news that should have a lot of wrestling promotions interested as Moose has become one of the better big men in wrestling today. He has the look, the size, the speaking abilities and the athleticism to make an impact anywhere he goes. Impact Wrestling would be wise to try and keep him, but there are going to be several suitors trying to pick him up, as they should be doing.
