That’s a shot. Earlier this year, WWE was officially sold to Endeavor and everything about the company has changed. According to Wrestlingnews.co, Endeavor and TKO CEO Ari Emanuel was interviewed at Bloomberg’s Screentime conference earlier this month and was asked about the TKO Group’s stock value going down. Emanuel blamed three factors, including Vince McMahon being part of the deal for the company to purchase WWE.
Emanuel cited McMahon’s deal being able to sell his stock in the company at any time, which would not be seen as a popular option. In addition, Emanuel blamed Monday Night Raw not likely being renewed by NBC Universal and Saudi Arabia investing in the Professional Fight League mixed martial arts organization. McMahon has not responded to the statement.

Opinion: It is still hard to get my head around the idea that McMahon is no longer in full control of WWE but this is a very different reality. Someone blaming McMahon for pretty much anything in WWE over the years would be almost hard to fathom but here we are.
