We’re not done yet. With this week’s Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live in the books, it seems that we’re done with the Superstar Shakeup. A lot of people have moved around and there shouldn’t be much left to do. That’s not entirely the case though as it seems that there is at least one more name that needs to be set up with a new job, and now it seems that we know what they’re doing.
According to Wrestling Observer Radio, United States Champion Samoa Joe is likely moving over to Monday Night Raw, where he will feud with Braun Strowman over the title. Samoa Joe was scheduled to make the move over to the Monday Night Raw roster earlier this week but a case of the flu kept him off the show. He and Strowman brawled on the previous week’s show in a preview of their feud.
They got going early. Check out Samoa Joe and Strowman fighting last week:
Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise in the world, especially with Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor moving over to SmackDown Live last night. Samoa Joe is someone who could be a rather helpful addition to the Monday Night Raw roster and a feud with Strowman sounds very interesting. Let him do his awesome thing and it will all work out because he has that much talent.
