It’s rare for him to go unnoticed. One of the big stories over the weekend was the Hardys making their Ring of Honor in-ring debuts and defeating the Young Bucks for the ROH Tag Team Titles. However, they weren’t the only major names to make their debuts at “Manhattan Mayhem” over the weekend.

After the show’s main event, Bully Ray ran in to save Bobby Fish from a beatdown at the hands of the Bullet Club. Ray said that this company reminded him of ECW and implied that he turned down an offer from TNA, which may have been to take Alberto Del Rio’s spot against Lashley (contains spoilers). There is no word on whether or not this is a long term or short term deal.

Opinion: Good for Ring of Honor. They could use some momentum and bringing in a few legends could be a good sign for them. Ray might not be the biggest name in the world but at least he’s someone fresh to the roster. It could lead to a quick challenge for the World Title or maybe just to put someone over but that could help the company in a few ways.
