And another one bites the dust. The “Monday Night Raw” tag team division isn’t exactly flush with depth at the moment and it seems that things are only about to get worse. Basically the division consists of only a handful of teams and now one of those teams has been split up.

Tonight at “Fastlane 2017”, Rusev and Jinder Mahal officially ended their short lived partnership by getting into a fight and then being granted individual singles matches. The two also got into a fight in the ring with Mahal getting the better of it. The announcers made it clear that the team was completely done.

Opinion: You know, because there’s so much depth to the division in the first place. I really have no idea what the point is in getting rid of a perfectly formidable tag team when the division has all of four teams if you count New Day. Mahal getting a match on pay per view isn’t interesting and is little more than filler but it seems like such a waste to get rid of a team who could go somewhere if necessary.
