And he’s glorious. With less than three weeks to go before “Survivor Series 2017”, it’s time to really start hammering home the build. That means naming some members to the teams, most of which haven’t been set in stone as of yet. Those moves started taking place this week on “Smackdown Live”.
On this week’s show, after Shane McMahon named himself captain to go along with the already qualified Randy Orton, Bobby Roode defeated Dolph Ziggler in a best 2/3 falls match to become the team’s third member. Roode defeated Ziggler two falls to one in the rubber match of their series.
These two do have a history.
Bobby Roode calls out Dolph Ziggler: SmackDown LIVE, Sept. 26, 2017
Opinion: Roode being on the team makes sense as there’s definitely something to his push, especially with the amazing entrance. Ziggler is one of those guys where we’ve been there and done that and I can’t bring myself to care about him again. Roode has a lot of potential and it’s nice to see him getting a push like this instead of waiting around like they do with so many others.
Do you like Roode being in the match? Who do you think will join him? Let us know in the comments below.
