Everything’s coming up ratings. This week’s “Monday Night Raw” audience saw a nice increase due to the fallout from “Summerslam 2017”. That was very welcome news with the upcoming football season looming. WWE needs to shore up their numbers as well as anything else right now, which makes “Smackdown Live’s” numbers all the more important.
According to 411mania.com, this week’s episode of “Smackdown Live” drew a four month high in both audience and ratings. The show drew a .87 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.685 million viewers, up 13% and 6% respectively. These are both the highest since the April 17 episode, which was the first show after the Superstar Shakeup.

Opinion: I wasn’t huge on this week’s show but it certainly drew some solid numbers. The fact that things are going up at this important part of the year is a good sign, though things could start getting knocked right back down again in just a few weeks. At least they’re working now though, which is better than nothing.
