Please don’t be bad. Over the last few months, Samoa Joe has taken off. He’s always been someone who has been known to be a big star, but it was clear that the peak of his talent was just starting to shine through in WWE. He lost a long feud with AJ Styles though and the question was how far could he bounce back after the losses. That might be slightly delayed though.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Samoa Joe is currently dealing with an undisclosed injury. At the moment, he isn’t scheduled for the upcoming weekend house shows and isn’t in the plans for next week’s Crown Jewel. Samoa Joe’s last match was earlier this month on the October 9 episode of SmackDown Live when he lost to Jeff Hardy in a World Cup of Wrestling qualifying match. There is no word on when he will be back in the ring.
We need to have this back.
Opinion: Is it just me, or does this seem to happen every few months? Samoa Joe isn’t getting any younger and he’s been wrestling for a very long time in a hard hitting style. That’s going to wear you down and it happened to him a long time ago. Hopefully the injury isn’t all that serious and he’s not going to miss that much ring time. It’s always fun to have him around and I’d love for that to happen again soon
