Video: My Daughter Is A WWE Superstar Featuring Carmella

So that’s how it all started. To some fans, the most interesting thing is seeing what goes on behind the scenes. Sure you can see what the wrestlers do in the ring and how they work their matches, but how did they get there? What goes on when the cameras aren’t on? It’s a completely different aspect of their lives that we rarely get to see, but WWE is starting to change that a bit.

And that’s how she got here.

Carmella: My Daughter is a WWE Superstar

WWE has posted the latest edition of its My Daughter Is A WWE Superstar series featuring Carmella. The video features interviews with Carmella’s family and friends talking about how she came to be a star in WWE. There are also clips of her growing up and training to become a wrestler. In something unique for this episode, Carmella’s father worked as a jobber for the WWE back in the 1990s.

Opinion: The more I see of this series, the more I like it. The series does a good job of showing who these people are and how they got to WWE, which isn’t something you get to see very often. You might know a detail or two but the whole package helps a lot. Carmella is still pretty new to wrestling and is still getting the hang of things, but she’s grown a lot in recent years and that’s an important start.
