Rumor: This NXT Star Is Likely Moving Up To The Main Roster After WrestleMania

Another one for the big show. With WrestleMania season in full swing and the biggest show of the year in just over two weeks, it’s time to look a little bit beyond what is already taking place on the main roster. In addition to everything going on with WrestleMania 35 itself, there are also the shows that come after it, meaning a lot of names are going to be moving up to the main roster, possibly including one in particular.

According to Wrestlingnews.com by way of Ringsidenews.com, current NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler is being considered for a main roster callup after WrestleMania 35. Baszler is currently scheduled to defend her title in a fatal fourway at Takeover: New York. There is also a possibility that Baszler could be called up without dropping the title, which has been done before.

It’s easy to see why WWE would want Baszler on the main roster. Check out one of her better matches from NXT:

Opinion: This is far from a surprise as Baszler has been rumored to make the move up to the main roster for a long time now. She’s one of the most well rounded women that NXT has ever had and has really come into her own over the years. There is a chance that she could make a heck of an impact on the main roster and I’d love to see her come up and see what she could do.
