A vintage change! As the move to FOX comes up for SmackDown Live, fans have been wondering what kind of things WWE will do to make the show feel that much bigger. They have a lot of options to choose from, but there are things that need to be changed in addition to the in-ring product. The overall presentation needs to be changed and a major move could be taking place.
According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, Michael Cole is scheduled to move over to SmackDown Live and become the lead play by play man. Vic Joseph would take his place on Monday Night Raw, ending Cole’s run on the show that started in June 2008. These moves are listed as the current plan and are subject to change. This comes after a rumor of every WWE show having a two person broadcasting team, though there is no word on who will be paired with Cole and Joseph.
The plans as of now for the new announce teams include Michael Cole heading to SmackDown on FOX. I’m also told Vic Joseph is set to become the lead man on Monday Night RAW. Not set in stone, as nothing is with WWE, but this is their working idea.

Cole has done a lot of things on Monday Night Raw. Check out this, uh, gem:
Opinion: This makes a lot of sense as whether you like him or not, Cole has been the voice of WWE for a long time now. WWE fans know him and he’s rather good at his job. There is a certain way that WWE wants things to go and Cole knows how to make it work. Putting him on what is going to be the biggest show WWE has makes sense, and maybe we can get some more of the good Cole. He really does exist.
