Rumor Killer on Xavier Woods Being Punished for Leaked Tape

Remember this? This weekend’s biggest scandal in wrestling has been the Paige and Xavier Woods sex tape, which caused some major issues for all parties involved.

Since Paige is currently off TV due to her neck injury, it really only leaves Woods to take the brunt of the punishment. As it turns out, Woods missed this weekend’s house shows.

And it has nothing to do with the tape. While there has been some speculation as to why Woods was left off the shows, it turns out that he’s in Austin, Texas hosing the SXSW Gaming Awards, which was announced months ago.

At the moment there is no punishment for Woods and no word on any upcoming.

Opinion: WWE is very lucky that it’s Wrestlemania season because so much can pop up to take the focus off the incident. It’s an older tape and much like the similar Seth Rollins incident, Woods is a big name and could easily have this blown over in a short amount of time. As long as WWE doesn’t focus on it, things will be fine.
