It’s an old friend. WWE’s two flagship television shows have been around for a very long time now. Monday Night Raw has been around for over twenty five years and SmackDown Live is coming up on twenty years, meaning a lot has changed in their histories. This includes a lot of different looks for the shows, one of which might be making a return later this year.
According to Brad Shepard, the SmackDown Fist may be making a return in some capacity when SmackDown Live moves over to FOX on October 4. At the moment it is not clear how the fist will be incorporated, meaning it may or may not be the same as the classic design. WWE still has the original fist in its storage facility, though a new version may be created as well.

SmackDown Live has a long history. Check out this package from episode 1000:
Opinion: This would be quite the change of pace for the show, which could use a change of scenery. The Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live sets are so similar that they don’t stand out whatsoever and it makes the shows feel less important. WWE already has all this stuff made so why not run with some of it? If nothing else it could add some energy on the big stage.
Do you like the idea of changing the set? Should it be the fist agin? Let us know in the comments below.
