That’s quite the change. Earlier this month at “Wrestlemania XXXIII”, Randy Orton defeated Bray Wyatt for the Smackdown World Title. Two nights later, Wyatt challenged Orton to a House of Horrors match for his official title rematch. Now though, thing seemed to have changed a bit.

After being built as a title match, WWE.com’s official preview now makes no mention of the title being on the line. This comes a day after Jinder Mahal became the new #1 contender to Orton’s title. There is a chance that the change was made due to Wyatt being switched to “Monday Night Raw” in the Superstar Shakeup, though the same is true for Kevin Owens, who will be defending his US Title across roster lines against Chris Jericho.

Opinion: This opens some doors and that’s a good thing. The second the match was announced, there was no reason to believe that Wyatt had any kind of a chance. That was only made worse by the Superstar Shakeup. Now that Orton has a new challenger on the horizon and could lose without dropping the title, there’s a chance that Wyatt could sneak in a win. That makes things more interesting, which this match desperately needed.
