That’s a big change. Last week, a major announcement shook up the wrestling world as WWE was officially sold to Endeavor, giving WWE a parent company for the first time ever. At the same time, it gave Vince McMahon a boss for the first time ever, which is quite the shakeup. That has some big changes of its own and now we know one of the most important of them all.

Part of the agreement with Endeavor saw McMahon remain as executive chairman of the board of WWE. However, according to Wrestlenomics, McMahon will no longer have the majority voting power over WWE changes. Instead, McMahon will have about 18% of the voting power. There is no word on how the remaining 82% will be distributed or whether anyone will have more power than McMahon.
When WWE merges with UFC, Vince McMahon will no longer have majority voting control over WWE or other entities within the new company.
We estimate he'll hold about 18% of all shares.

There have been some votes in WWE history. Check out some of the better ones:
Opinion: This is the kind of change that has to take place at some point, but it is still hard to imagine that McMahon will not be in full control. It is a different universe than what we have had for the better part of ever and now we are entering a new reality. McMahon will still have authority, but he won’t have all of the authority and that might be a very good thing going forward.
