Endeavor COO Mark Shapiro was interviewed by Puck.com and spoke about the merger. Shapiro said that there would be areas throughout the companies that would find “cost synergies” and places that could integrate and “appoint the best and brightest teams”. Opinion: This is something that you almost had to know was coming as Endeavor wasn’t going to keep the same amount of people under one roof when some of them can do the same jobs. The future of the wrestlers will be determined, but this suggests at least some big changes coming.
