Nikki Bella Says John Cena Should Have Called Her

It could have been a lot simpler. Another day has come and gone and that means more stories about Nikki Bella and John Cena’s breakup. The two split about a month ago with quite a bit of drama included, though they seem to believe that a reconciliation could be possible. Yesterday, Nikki said that the situation could be healed, but now she says there’s something else that might be a solution.

I mean, it’s possible.

According to People.com, Nikki wasn’t happy with Cena appearing on the Today Show and talking about their relationship issues as she was hoping to keep it more private. Brie Bella has spoken to her sister and suggested that it was just Cena’s way of coping with the issue, which Nikki seemed to accept. Nikki also said that she hasn’t seen the entire interview but the two of them are still in communication. She also hasn’t spoken to Cena about his appearance on the show.

Here are Nikki’s comments reacting to the interview.

“The Today show is home for him. He’s very close to Kathie Lee and Hoda … you get into an environment you’re comfortable with and you just start talking and then you’re like, ‘Oh wait, I was on live TV.’ ”

What Did Nikki Say Would Heal Things?

Opinion: Let me make sure I’ve got this straight: Nikki, who is best known for her time on a reality show, isn’t happy that something was mentioned on television? Or is it that she’s not happy it wasn’t on one of her shows? That’s a bit of a hard line to swallow and it’s made even harder to believe when she’s making this statement to People. This still comes off as a major publicity stunt, especially with the season premiere of Total Bellas this Sunday night.
