That’s rather sad. In the world we live in today, everyone has an opinion on how someone looks. It’s true in wrestling as well. How many times does someone get a push because they have the right look or allegedly don’t get over because they don’t look right? That’s often the case, and unfortunately it seems to extend into the locker room as well.

In a new post on her Instagram, Nia Jax implied that she’s subjected to body shaming in the WWE women’s locker room. Without saying any names or flat out saying that’s what’s going on, Jax defends her figure, saying that she is healthy and loves the way her body looks. Here’s the post:

Here’s how dominant Jax can be.

Nia Jax debuts in NXT: WWE NXT, October 14, 2015

Opinion: I would certainly hope that Jax isn’t treated this way. She’s clearly a gifted athlete and capable of moving around like few others, regardless of her size. If she’s healthy and happy with how she looks, what difference does it really make? That look helped get her where she is today and if it’s still working, so be it.

What do you think of Jax? Will she become Women’s Champion? Let us know in the comments below.
