It’s pretty one sided. We’re about two months away from “Royal Rumble 2018” and that means it’s time to find a challenger for Brock Lesnar and the Universal Title. There aren’t a lot of options on “Monday Night Raw” but maybe the fans could give the company a few ideas. Then again, the company might not like what they’re being told.

WWE has released a poll on their website asking who should be Lesnar’s next opponent. There is no date given for a potential title shot but “Royal Rumble 2018” would be the most likely candidate. With nine options, Finn Balor is currently dominating the poll as of this writing with 64% of the vote. Here are the choices in the order they are listed on the poll:

Braun Strowman – 11%
Bray Wyatt – 3%
Dean Ambrose – 1%
Roman Reigns – 5%
Seth Rollins – 3%
Triple H – 5%
Finn Balor – 64%
Samoa Joe – 5%
Other – 4%

Here’s what Balor can do in the right circumstances:

"The Demon" Finn Bálor puts a twisted take on Bray Wyatt's entrance: SummerSlam 2017 (WWE Network)

Opinion: While I would think Balor is in line for a title match as well, he’s going to need some fixes before we get there. First of all, if you’re going to do the Demon, stop hyping it up so much. You don’t need to keep telling us how awesome the character is. Just let the appearance work for itself. Other than that, have Balor win some matches for a change. Other than Wyatt, who is the last big name Balor defeated? It’s not too late to rebuild Balor but WWE needs to do it soon.

Do you like the idea of Balor facing Lesnar? Who would you have getting the shot? Let us know in the comments below.
