That’s a good spot for him. There are a lot of talented wrestlers around the world and not all of them are in the WWE. While WWE may have the most famous group of wrestlers in the world, that does not mean they have all of the talent to be found. A lot of wrestlers like coming to the company though and after their in-ring careers are over, there are other spots for them as well.

WWE is doing something interesting at the moment with their Ruthless Aggression documentary series. There were a lot of talented wrestlers in that time period and several of them went on to very successful careers both in and out of WWE. Some of them are still around today, with one big name making his return to the company last month. It turns out he will be sticking around, though not in the traditional role.

MVP was recently a guest on Booker T.’s Hall of Fame podcast where he announced that he has become a producer with WWE. The company has been signing new producers, including former Tag Team Champion Sylvain Grenier. This comes after MVP returned to the company at the Royal Rumble and has wrestled a few matches since his return, including losses to Drew McIntyre and Rey Mysterio. There is no word on which show MVP will be working on.

MVP was rather successful during his time with WWE. Check out his older in-ring work, plus his announcement:

Opinion: That’s a good spot for MVP, whose in-ring career is likely winding down at 46 years old. He has wrestled around the world for years now and it is great to see him getting a chance to stay in wrestling, which isn’t something everyone can do. MVP took some time to grow on me but I’ve seen a lot more of his talents over the year and this should be quite a good fit for him.
