They’re going up. There are all kinds of stories taking place in WWE at the moment and several of them have to do with things taking place next year. Some of these can make a big difference for the company as they could bring in quite a bit more money as a result. Now they might be getting a lot more money in the near future and it could be because of one person.

WWE’s current television deal for Monday Night Raw is set to expire in October, with the show set to move on from the USA network. The company does not have a new deal in place but negotiations are ongoing. According to Dave Meltzer on Twitter, “things changed greatly” in regards to the negotiations, with CM Punk said to be “a huge part of the selling point.” Punk returned to WWE at Survivor Series and signed with Monday Night Raw earlier this week.

Opinion: I’m not sure how much of a difference Punk is going to make for this whole thing but it does seem that things are getting more interesting for WWE. If Punk can make that much of an impact, well done and hopefully WWE thanks him in some way. Punk is certainly a star, but at the end of the day, there is always the chance that things could go very wrong in a hurry.
