VIDEO: Undertaker Lists His All Time Greatest Tag Teams (And He Has Some Great Picks)

Those are some picks. Tag team wrestling is one of the most prominent aspects of modern wrestling as there are all kinds of great tag teams throughout wrestling. When a good tag team division comes together, it can make for some outstanding matches with top level action. There have been some outstanding tag teams over the years and now a legend is ranking his choices.

During a recent edition of his Six Feet Under podcast, WWE Hall Of Famer the Undertaker was asked about his Mount Rushmore of tag teams. Undertaker chose the following team in ascending order:

4. Arn Anderson/Tully Blanchard
3. Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton/Stan Lane)
2. Rock N Roll Express
1. Road Warriors

Undertaker cited the four teams’ teamwork for their placement on the list. The Road Warriors on the other hand were selected for the reactions that they received, with Undertaker saying “there’s no pop like a Road Warrior pop.”

Opinion: Undertaker has some good taste as that is a heck of a lineup no matter how they are listed. The 1980s were a great time for tag team wrestling and that kind of talent is on display here. There are all kinds of combinations you could put together and there are several that would be full of top level talent. It can be difficult to pull a list together, but it can be rather fun to try.
