The annual holiday blowout. To say the ratings and viewerships for Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live haven’t been great in recent weeks would be a huge understatement. Whatever WWE is doing right now, the fans aren’t all that interested and really, that’s not surprising. Between the better weather, the NBA and NHL Playoffs and just not the best TV taking place at the moment, it’s not surprising that the audience isn’t around. Just how bad would it get on Memorial Day?
As bad as the numbers might have been, it was a pretty good show. Check out some quick highlights!

Opinion: Really, this doesn’t mean much. These holiday shows never mean anything and that’s the case again here. The audience is smaller by definition and there’s nothing WWE can do about it. Fans aren’t going to watch a show on a major holiday and throwing in the nature of the show, it’s not exactly surprising. Both numbers have been mostly terrible since Money in the Bank qualifying season began and there’s no reason to believe it’s going to get any better until after the pay per view.
