The General Manager of Monday Night Raw will never be a full-time wrestler again for WWE, but Kurt Angle will continue to wrestle for the company on a part-time basis. He just needs to wait for the right situation and more importantly, the right opponent.

With The Olympic Hero back inside a WWE ring, there are several dream matches the WWE Universe would like to see. Some have happened before in other promotions, but they would be fresh again on WWE television. Angle’s has wrestled a singles match yet since his in-ring return, but he’s teased an opponent who could be perfect in that role.

On Instagram, the WWE Hall of Famer posted a picture of himself and Seth Rollins. Kurt put over Rollins as the “very best of the best” and questioned the WWE Universe if they would be interested to see a match between the two men. It’s not the first time a match has been rumored or teased between them. However, their match would be a challenge.

Technically, Angle vs. Rollins would be an excellent match. That’s not the problem. The problem would be the story behind the match. It would have to be more than just “let’s see who’s the better man.” At the moment, Kurt Angle and Seth Rollins are babyfaces. A feud or match between them would probably force either Rollins or Angle to turn heel.

WWE’s Olympic Gold Medalist returned to WWE programming over a year ago:

Mr. McMahon names Raw's new General Manager: Raw, April 3, 2017

It would take a unique situation for the two men to feud as babyfaces. Summerslam is coming up soon. Could Angle vs. Rollins feud for the Intercontinental Championship at the event? More than likely, Kurt is just having some fun on social media. However, it could also be a sign of things to come.

Who should Kurt Angle wrestle against in his next match?
