Survivor Series. It’s never too early to start planning ahead. We are fresh off of the biggest week that WWE, and professional wrestling, has seen in perhaps a generation. With that out of the way, it is time to start moving forward with future plans. WWE has already started looking towards Crown Jewel, but what about the next major show after that? They may already know what they are doing there as well.
The official website for the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois is advertising a traditional five on five Survivor Series elimination match. The match will still be Monday Night Raw vs. SmackDown, featuring Braun Strowman, Rey Mysterio, The Miz, Ricochet and Drew McIntyre vs. Roman Reigns, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Daniel Bryan and Aleister Black respectively. Of course there is always the chance that these plans could be changed before the show.
Hopefully it leads to something like this. Check out the great moment from last year’s Survivor Series’ build:
Opinion: This sounds like something that would make a lot of sense as the teams are believable and this is the kind of match we get nearly every single year. If nothing else it is a little interesting to see where the rosters might be going, as Monday Night Raw is almost destined to become the secondary show for the first time in its rather long history. It could be interesting to see where things go in the new reality and it might start around this time.
What do you think of these lineups? Will this match take place? Let us know in the comments below.
