Well….there must be an audience for that. Earlier this year, Kevin Owens made some news when he was brought up on stage at a Shania Twain concert. Owens was friendly with Twain, which kind of goes against his natural nature. Now though, Owens isn’t happy with another music legend and has issued a challenge to a fight…with a seventy one year old man who is currently ill.
Earlier this week on Twitter, Owens mentioned that he and his wife had tickets to see Elton John perform but the concert had to be canceled due to John having an ear infection. Owens took to Twitter and challenged John to a fight at WrestleMania 35, saying that he’s fought men in their seventies before and is more than willing to do so again. As you might have guessed, John hasn’t responded.

Somehow, this isn’t Owens’ first go around with a legendary musician this year. Do you remember him going on stage with Shania Twain:
Opinion: See? It doesn’t always have to be serious. This is Owens making a joke and there’s nothing wrong with that. It makes Owens look like an over the top villain, which is exactly his job. If nothing else, this makes me want to hear what else Owens has to say, as he’s throwing out challenges to a senior music legend. What else would he say to someone closer to his own age?
What do you think of Owens’ challenge? Which musician would you like to see him beat up? Let us know in the comments below.
