You really can’t see him. John Cena lost to Roman Reigns at “No Mercy 2017” back in September and seemed to take a bit of a step back from WWE. While not retiring, Cena does seem to be focusing more on Hollywood as a result. The question became when Cena would be around again and that answer seems to have changed.

According to 411mania.com, Cena is now no longer advertised for the upcoming “Survivor Series 2017” event in November. Both local advertising in Houston and WWE.com no longer feature Cena, whose next scheduled appearances are now the week after Christmas with three “Raw” house shows and one “Smackdown” house show.

What does Cena have to say on his future with WWE?

Is John Cena retiring from WWE?: Raw Talk, Sept. 24, 2017 (WWE Network Exclusive)

Opinion: This is a bit of a surprise though it’s still far enough away that it doesn’t feel like the rug was pulled out from underneath us. Cena is forty years old and it’s not surprising that he’ll be focusing elsewhere. With the level of popularity he’s reached, why not see what else is out there when your in-ring days are clearly starting to wind down?

What do you think of Cena’s mainstream career? Will he ever win the seventeenth World Title? Let us know in the comments below.
