And so, they’re done. Nikki Bella and John Cena have been up and down for years with a relationship that has been all over the place. Cena proposed to her in the middle of the ring at WrestleMania 34 but the wedding was called off before they actually got to the altar. They then got back together but things fell apart again. This time though we seem to have a major development that will change things for good.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, Cena and Bella are officially done as a couple and split up entirely. The two were scheduled to be married in May but Bella got cold feet due to worrying about Cena possibly having to give up too much. Cena agreed to have children with her even though he didn’t want to, which Bella feared he would grow to resent over time.

This set up a few things.

John Cena proposes to Nikki Bella: WrestleMania 33 (WWE Network Exclusive)

Opinion: Well so much for that. I’m sure nothing will ever change between these two and that they’re done for good. As in certainly not until one of the reality shows needs a boost in the ratings. I have no idea what goes on behind closed doors with these people but it seems that a lot of this seems to be ratings ploys either one way or another. Maybe it’s true, but hopefully they’re happy.

What do you think of the couple splitting? Will they be back together? Let us know in the comments below.
