Who is next to be hunted? Whether you like him or not, there is no denying that Roman Reigns is one of the biggest stars in WWE today and one of the biggest in its history. He has done just about everything there is to do in the company and that makes it hard to buy a lot of people as a real threat to him. Therefore, his next move could be interesting and now we might know what is next.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Reigns is likely to continue his feud with Elias and Shane McMahon. The feud has been going on for a few weeks now and started with Reigns Superman Punching Shane’s father Vince on the night of the Superstar Shakeup. Reigns defeated Elias in less than ten seconds at Money In The Bank. The three are tentatively scheduled for a handicap match at June’s Extreme Rules pay per view.
Reigns may need more time. Check out the beatdown that set up the match:
Opinion: I’m not sure how interesting this is but considering McMahon is practically the top heel in the company, he is one of the only options to face Reigns at the moment. That might not be the most inspiring story in the world but that has never stopped WWE before. Hopefully McMahon has some better muscle coming in soon, because Reigns beating Elias in ten seconds isn’t the best way to make me want to keep watching.
What do you think of this story continuing? Will we get McMahon vs. Reigns one on one? Let us know in the comments below.
