On his own again. Bray Wyatt is one of the most interesting characters that WWE has come up with in years. Unfortunately he’s also one of the most bungled characters they’ve had in a very long time. They’ve managed to turn him into a punchline and that’s the worst thing that can happen to someone with such a weird character. His tag team time with Matt Hardy has helped him out a bit, but now things are changing again.
According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, Wyatt is in line for a “slight refresh” but will be back as a singles face act. At the moment Wyatt is off television due to his tag team with Matt Hardy ending as Hardy has taken time off to deal with injuries. Wyatt debuted in WWE in 2013 and has never actually been portrayed as a good guy on his own, save for one quickly abandoned attempted in 2016.
Getting a lot of questions lately on Bray Wyatt. Was told he’s in line for a slight refresh. The character should remain in tact once he returns to TV, but I’m expecting a renewed push along with a singles baby face run. Pivotal time in his career ahead.

Maybe we could see more of this.
Opinion: It’s about time. This was teased back in 2016 when Wyatt started to help Roman Reigns but nothing ever came from it due to Wyatt getting injured. I have no idea why the company hasn’t tried to do this again since as it should be a pretty easy concept, though for some reason we keep getting stuck with Wyatt in one failing heel run after another. Wyatt’s time with Hardy wasn’t too bad, so hopefully this goes somewhere.
