Happy early Christmas maybe? It’s been a little while since we’ve seen Brock Lesnar (ignoring how long it’s been since his Universal Title has been on the line) anywhere on WWE TV, let alone on Monday Night Raw. It might be nice to have someone that important on the biggest wrestling show in the world, and now it’s going to be happening in the pretty near future.

According to the Twitter account of the Chesapeake Arena in Oklahoma City, Lesnar will be appearing on Monday Night Raw on January 21, 2019. This is the go home show for the Royal Rumble, where Lesnar is scheduled to defend his title against Braun Strowman. While Lesnar isn’t scheduled to appear for nearly a month, Paul Heyman is scheduled for next week’s Monday Night Raw.

This might not be a good thing. Bad stuff happens when Lesnar comes around, like this:

Brock Lesnar sends Jinder Mahal and The Singh Brothers to Suplex City: Raw, Nov. 12, 2018

Opinion: What does it say when it’s nice to see the World Champion show up once every two months? Somehow that’s now a good record for him, as Lesnar is barely ever around the television shows these days. It’s not going to save everything but at least he’s going to be there for at least one night. Unfortunately you can probably forget about him for the next several weeks after that, because that’s how Lesnar works.

What do you think of Lesnar’s time as champion? Who will take the title from him? Let us know in the comments below.
