They do deliver. We’re less than a week away from Double Or Nothing and that means the anticipation is higher than ever. The fans are looking forward to see what the company has and some of the matches have already been made. One of the bigger matches was Hangman Page vs. Pac, which has been removed from the show due to creative differences. Never let it be said that the match not taking place would stop AEW from showing the match.
Over the weekend, Page and Pac did have the match at the WrestleGate promotion in Nottingham, England. The match was used as a way to make up for the match not taking place at Double Or Nothing. AEW has officially released the full match on their YouTube channel for free. There is no word on who, if anyone, will replace Pac against Page at Double Or Nothing.
It’s kind of a really early Pre-Show match. Check out the full match right here:
Opinion: I know it’s not exactly what was going to take place, but it’s rather cool to see a company do something like this instead of hiding behind the Card Subject To Change excuse. Pac not wanting to do the match is annoying but it’s nice to see something else in there for the sake of delivering on their promises. That’s not something you ever see so well done indeed.
