Well hello there. Back at WrestleMania 35, Sasha Banks and Bayley lost their Women’s Tag Team Titles to the IIconics in a pretty surprising result. This didn’t sit well with Banks, who has not been seen on WWE TV since as she has been on a hiatus, with rumors of her return going around for weeks. It wasn’t clear if she would ever return, but now we might have a hint at something chanting.
The Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida is advertising Banks to appear on the July 22 episode of Monday Night Raw. This would be Banks’ first appearance in nearly four months, assuming she does indeed appear. It should be noted that the card also lists Samoa Joe as the United States Champion, meaning that the card may not be up to date. There is no word on what Banks would be doing as she is on a list with various other names and has no match specified.
Banks might need to watch out when she gets back. Check out Bayley taking her out last year:
Opinion: This would be a nice boost for the women’s division as Becky Lynch needs some competition, but how much room do you give Banks? She was in a title match at WrestleMania and stormed out when things didn’t go her way. What happens if she does it again after WWE has decided to invest time and effort into her? It’s a risky play and I’m not sure if it’s something WWE would or should be doing.
