The changes keep coming. Earlier this month, WWE switched up a bunch of their upcoming events due to the impact of the upcoming Saudi Arabia show, including moving an entire pay per view. The show will still be taking place, but in a different city and on a different date. As it turns out, that isn’t the only change taking place and it’s with a show that is a bit more unique.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is changing the upcoming Takeover, scheduled for June 8 in San Jose. The show’s original date would put it the day after the Saudi Arabia show, which would make production difficult. Therefore, the show is likely to be moved as well, though no new date or possibly city has been named so far. The change will likely be made official this week.

This is the kind of thing they could be missing. Check out these forgotten Takeover matches:

Opinion: I completely understand why WWE is bending over backwards for these Saudi Arabia shows but egads these changes are starting to pile up. How many more things need to be changed for the sake of accommodating these shows? As in the shows that mean almost nothing in the grand scheme of things but are treated like another WrestleMania. This is getting old and while I understand the benefit to the company, the fans aren’t being treated very well.

What else do you expect to see changed? How much influence will the Saudi Arabia shows eventually have? Let us know in the comments below.
