The world part is right. We’re less than a day removed from Money In The Bank and now it’s time for the build to the next major show in the form of Super ShowDown. That would be the next big show in Saudi Arabia on June 8, which needs a card to be set up. Some of the matches have already been set up and as of this Monday night, another match has been added to the card.
This week on Monday Night Raw, Shane McMahon announced that he would be facing Roman Reigns at Super ShowDown. The announcement came after Reigns challenged McMahon to fight him that night but was turned down for the sake of fighting him at Super ShowDown. The two have been feuding since the night of the SmackDown half of the Superstar Shakeup when Reigns punched Vince McMahon.
The words before the fight. Check out Shane’s announcement of the match:
Opinion: You knew this was coming and I’ll take this over having it be a match on a regular pay per view. McMahon is at worst the second biggest heel in the company and there is no reason to have him be competitive with Reigns in a match. That’s where lackeys come in, but I’m not sure if WWE understands that McMahon needs someone to help him defeat bigger names.
What do you think of the match? Who will win? Let us know in the comments below.
