There’s a reason for that. Summerslam has come and gone and it was certainly an eventful show. There were several memorable moments taking place on the show and some of them were a bit more popular than others. A lot of the fallout remains to be seen, but there are going to be enough changes to keep people interested. Now we know an important detail on one of the biggest moves.
Becky Lynch made a surprise return at Summerslam, defeating Bianca Belair to win the SmackDown Women’s Title in less than thirty seconds. Later in the week, news came out that Lynch would become the top heel of the SmackDown women’s division. According to F4WOnline, the decision was made by Lynch herself and she will be feuding with Belair going forward. It is not clear when the two will be having their next match against each other.
This is going to change things. Check out what happened at Summerslam and what is coming on SmackDown:
Opinion: This is going to be an interesting one and I’m curious to see how it goes. Above all else, Lynch has an awesome presence on the microphone and it is going to be difficult to get people to boo her. It isn’t impossible and Lynch is talented enough to pull it off, but I’m a bit scared of what this is going to mean for Belair. She is young and talented, but she has a monster across the ring from her at the moment.
How do you see this going? Will Belair get the title back? Let us know in the comments below.
