Just in case it had been too long since someone left. The Global Force Wrestling roster seems to be changing almost constantly these days and that seems to be the case again. After taking issues with the way he was booked in recent weeks, a member of the roster has requested and been granted his release.

According to his official Twitter page, Tyrus has been granted his release from Global Force Wrestling after requesting it from Anthem officials. Earlier this week, Tyrus said that he wasn’t happy with the way he had been booked and requested to be left off the upcoming “Impact Wrestling” taping cycles. Tyrus has been with the promotion since 2014 and was last seen having a showdown with Kongo Kong.

Here’s one of Tyrus’ biggest matches in the promotion.

Tyrus vs. Lashley (Jul 8, 2015)

Opinion: I can’t say I blame him as Tyrus is forty four years old and has already said that he won’t be wrestling much longer. You can only be the big monster bodyguard character for so long and it hasn’t been the most thrilling stuff in several months. If that was all they had to do with him, it’s good to see that he’s leaving on what seems to be good terms.

Did you like Tyrus’ time in the company? What would you have liked to see him do? Let us know in the comments below.
