Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal Returning, First Names Confirmed

Say yeah! Back in 2014, WWE decided to pay tribute to Andre the Giant with the establishment of an annual battle royal in his honor at Wrestlemania. The match’s winner’s success has been hit and miss, but it’s enough to have brought the match back for a fifth year. We even know two names participating in the match.

This week on “Monday Night Raw”, the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal was confirmed to be returning again. After winning a match, the Revival announced their entrances into the match, making them the first two names confirmed. Over the years, the match has featured a different number of participants, ranging from twenty to thirty three in various years.

Opinion: This was a pretty necessary move as there are so many people on the roster with either nothing to do or not enough time on the show to fill in the gaps. The Revival would be two of those people as the Tag Team Titles are being covered by the Bar and Braun Strowman plus his to be named partner.

The first was the best.
