Story Update: Rich Swann Has Now Been Suspended by WWE

Following the arrest of Rich Swann, WWE has announced via their website that the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion is now suspended.

They issued the following statement:

“WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Rich Swann has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest.”

It is unknown at this time how long the suspension will last or if it will lead to Swann being released from the company. That said, it doesn’t look good for the former Cruiserweight Classic competitor as the charges do seem big.

Wrestling Rumors will continue to update you on this story as it develops. For now though, we know that Swann is behind bars and what led to his imprisonment.
