Further to our earlier report on issues with the WrestleMania PPV broadcast, several fans have sent in word that after contacting WWE’s Customer Support they have received an email informing them they would be issued with a full refund of the cost of purchasing the online pay-per-view. Mike Larkin, a fan from Miami, FL sent us the following email which he received from WWE. The email appears to match emails received by other fans who also complained about the issues.

Dear Mike,

Thank you for your purchase of the WrestleMania XXIX event.

We apologize for the technical difficulties that you experienced during the event, and we are in the process of providing you a full refund. The refund should be reflected on your credit card very shortly.

Thanks again for your support.

Sincerely,

WWE Customer Support Team

It’s not known if this is a blanket refund on all purchases, or if WWE is only refunding those that contacted their customer support.
