Of those cut is notably Adam Ohriner, known more popularly as Zack Ryder’s friend, “The Big O.” In a video posted by WWE, he explained his disappointment about being cut.
“I’m a little shocked, actually, that I just got cut from ‘Tough Enough.’ I felt like I left everything in the ring. I know for a fact that I have more love and passion for wrestling than any of these people here. Most of these people, today, if they were offered a WWE contract, probably wouldn’t even drop their jobs and relocate their family or just completely let their life go to come here tomorrow to actually live here and work here and want to do this for the next 15-20 years of their life. When meanwhile, this is the only thing that I want to do. Been told no before, and I haven’t stopped, and this was another opportunity I got after I was already told no once before, and this isn’t the end of ‘The Big O.'”
