Things have been relatively quiet as of late on the WWE Hall of Fame front, despite the leak Tuesday night that Carlos Colon Sr. would be inducted this year.

Previously, it was reported that Scott Hall would likely be inducted into this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class, with close friend and former stablemate X-Pac then claiming he would be the one to put him in. However, none of this was confirmed by WWE officials, and no announcements have been made as of yet.

Fans of “the bad guy” need not worry though. F4WOnline.com is reporting that despite the low-key approach from WWE, Hall is still expected to be inducted this year in New Orleans. An announcement should be coming in the next few weeks, possibly as early as next week’s episode of “Monday Night Raw.”

Hall will join an already stacked class including the likes of Jake “The Snake” Roberts, The Ultimate Warrior, Lita and others.
