Riddick Bowe Tells WrestlingRumors: “I Want Hogan!”

In a follow-up to yesterday’s story on former heavyweight champion Riddick Bowe considering a move into pro-wrestling, today Bowe himself has contacted WrestlingRumors to confirm his plans – and make a startling challenge.

In a tweet on Monday afternoon, Bowe confirmed the rumors that he was looking at making the career move and told us “I want Hogan as my warmup!”

Earlier today we reported that former WWE and ECW superstar Tommy Dreamer has contacted the now retired boxer in a bid to help him train for a career in wrestling. At the time of writing, none of the major wrestling organisations have shown any interest in bringing Bowe into their rosters.
