Former WWE talent Ricardo Rodriguez’s divorce with the company has been far from pretty, and in a new shoot interview, Rodriguez takes time to blast the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, Triple H.

In an excerpt from the interview, he had the following to say regarding the man who is positioned to take over the company:

“If you’re not one of his little projects or his little toys…you don’t matter.  I saw the transition between Vince’s regime and then Hunter’s regime.  We all saw it coming…or Laurinaitis (whatever)…we saw like how the older guys that had been there before just got pushed back: Sheamus, Wade Barrett, del Rio – and granted, most of us were Laurinaitis’ boys, we were his projects, we were his hirees.

At that time we were the last of the people that, if we had issues, we would speak about it.  We would speak up.  We would stand up for ourselves.  If we had money issues, we would go, ‘hey dude, what the ****?’  Now, if you speak up, it’s ‘oh you’re complaining?  OK, you’re off house shows’.

If you’re not one of his little toys, you don’t really matter.

I love the Wyatts, don’t get me wrong, but how many times do you need to see them on Raw?  You can see them at the beginning, somewhere in the middle and the end.  You don’t have to see them every other ****ing segment.  Same with The Shield – you don’t have to see them every other segment!  You still have 40 other guys on the roster that are waiting for a spot.”

Also in the interview, he notes people are unhappy working in WWE:

“You walk on eggshells.  Everybody’s tired, the schedule that they have them on…don’t get me wrong – they’re building machines right now, and that’s amazing ’cause the athleticism these guys have right now is insane.  The cardio, the wind they have, the stamina is insane – but nobody’s having fun.  Everybody’s so tired, everybody’s getting hurt…everybody’s getting hurt.”

Rodriguez has had heat with the soon-to-be-boss before, as noted earlier this month. He claims Triple H used to refer to him as “Bumblebee,” a derogatory term aimed at his weight and ethnicity.
