The final numbers are in for this week’s edition of “Monday Night Raw,” and they are far from what WWE would like to hear.

According to Nielsen, “Monday Night Raw” scored a 2.69 rating on the ratings scale, the lowest of 2014 thus far. It is, overall, the lowest since the Christmas 2013 edition of the show.

Wrestling Rumors noted this week’s show would receive a rating that was on par with last week’s, which averaged 3.826 million people. This week was up to 3.879 million, though received the lower rating. Last week drew a 2.79 overall.

Monday’s edition of “RAW” did not feature WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar despite retaining his title over John Cena the night before at “Night of Champions.” The show did, however, display the full-time return of Dean Ambrose after his run-in the night prior, alongside Dolph Ziggler winning the Intercontinental Championship from The Miz.

Editor’s Note

Well…this is certainly not best for business. Maybe there is a statement to be made…
