In a sizable development, recent reports suggest that AJ Styles may be headed back to TNA after all.
PWInsider.com says that despite the two sides previously struggling to come to an agreement and splitting, both Styles and TNA are working towards a new contract and may even be close to a new contract. Despite releasing a list of upcoming indy dates, his agent Bill Behrens recently spoke to organizations and said that since he may be returning to the Impact Zone, they would need to get deposits in soon to book him.
It is said that Styles will need to take a decent pay cut to stay on the TNA roster, and will not make nearly as much as he did prior. He was previously making around $350,000 per year, but now may see a significant decrease as TNA looks to cut down on costs.
TNA founder Jeff Jarrett resigned from the company earlier this week after 11 years, though it is unknown at this time if it was due to financial concerns.
