Jeff Jarrett’s departure from TNA Wrestling was not forced. A new report from PWInsider.com states that it was not a “forced resignation” that caused Jarrett to pack his bags and depart from the company, contrary to some rumors and reports that said Jarrett was indeed asked to step down from his position.

Many of those close to Jarrett are saying that his departure was indeed not forced, and that he and his family are dealing with the move very well. It’s said that this was a conscious decision on Jarrett’s part, and that he is departure was indeed what he wanted.

TNA talent and officials are also saying that none of them saw Jarrett’s resignation coming. Most TNA officials are not acting like Jarrett’s separation from the company is that big of a deal, as they want others to see that the company is bigger than just one man. They carried on the same composure following the departure of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan back in October.
